Yes, a visa is required to enter Saudi Arabia. The electronic tourist visa (e-Visa) is perfectly suited to our packages. We offer the "Tourist Visa" option for an additional €150 to assist you with the process, or you can apply yourself through the official Saudi website.
?What levels of Arabic are accepted?
All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. We offer 12 progressive levels based on the Egyptian Markaz Medinatouna method. A placement test will be conducted upon your arrival to place you in the most suitable group.
?How many hours of classes are scheduled per month?
38+ hours of intensive Arabic lessons per month, spread from Sunday to Thursday. Instruction is 100% in Arabic to promote total immersion and rapid progress.
?Can children participate?
Yes, children aged 7 and up are welcome in our courses. Our family packages can accommodate up to 6 people per family with suitable accommodation (apartment or private studio).
?Is the Umrah really included in the price?
Yes, the complete Umrah is included: Kiswa Tower Hotel (or equivalent) in Mecca, organized transportation from Medina to Mecca, and a French-speaking guide to accompany you during the rituals. There are no additional charges for the Umrah.
?Where is the accommodation located in relation to Masjid An-Nabawi?
The accommodation is located a 15–18 minute walk from Masjid An-Nabawi. You will be staying in a furnished, air-conditioned apartment with Wi-Fi and a kitchen, in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
?Is the stay suitable for single women or couples?
Yes. We welcome brothers, sisters (with mahram), couples, and families. Single women stay in dedicated apartments with separate male and female class sessions. Couples and families have private apartments.
?What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Interest-free installment payments are available on some packages. Payment secures your spot — places are limited per session.
?What happens in case of cancellation?
If you cancel more than 30 days before departure, a partial refund is possible (excluding processing fees). For any late cancellations, we review each case individually and prioritize rescheduling to a later session.
?Is transportation from the airport included?
Airport pick-up and transfers between Medina Airport and your accommodation are not included by default, but we can arrange this upon request. All necessary information will be provided via a private WhatsApp group before your arrival.
?Are there any activities offered outside of classes?
Yes: visits to the historical sites of Medina (Quba, Uhud, Qiblatain), family excursions, and spiritual guidance. Paid options are available: electric scooter (+€160), bicycle/month (+€110).
?What departure dates are available?
Departures are scheduled monthly. Arrivals take place between the 1st and 4th of the month, with a session from the 1st to the 30th/31st. You freely choose the duration according to the package and your availability.
?What should I bring with me?
Your appropriate clothing (hot climate, respectful attire), your Umrah kit (ihram for men), your personal medications and a type G plug adapter. We will send you a complete checklist before departure.
